Our Policy 

Due to the nature of our products — fresh and packaged Indian grocery items — we do not accept physical returns. This ensures the safety, hygiene, and quality of all products we sell.

When a Full Refund is Issued We issue a refund to your original payment method only in the following circumstances:

  • The item was out of stock and could not be fulfilled after your order was placed.
  • The item was not delivered due to a carrier or fulfillment error.

Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 5–7 business days of approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

All Other Cases — Gift Card Credit For all other eligible complaints (e.g., wrong item received, damaged packaging), we do not accept returns but will issue a gift card of equivalent value for your next purchase at Ambari Indian Grocery. Gift cards are sent to your registered email address within 2–3 business days of approval.
