Our Policy 

Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. If the delivery date is unavailable, the return window begins from the fulfillment date.

Eligible Items All long shelf-life products — including rice, pulses, spices, lentils, flours, ready meals, snacks, and packaged goods — are eligible for return within 14 days, provided they are unopened and in original condition.

Final Sale – Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds due to their perishable nature:

• Fresh vegetables, greens, and fruits
• Frozen products (frozen veggies & snacks)
• Dairy and fresh products (paneer, milk products)
